Garlic masala Quinoa with flax

3/4 cup Quinoa + 4 tablespoons flax.
Add 1.5 cups water. Stir in 3 cloves chopped garlic and a teaspoon of garam masala. Boil 20 minutes on low-mid temps until Quinoa is soft and translucent. Enjoy!
